Editing Image in PSD:

• Go to “object” layer group and look for “IMAGE” smart object layer.
• Double click on the “IMAGE” smart object layer to open the smart object window.
• Insert or paste your image here
• Save and close the smart object window

Editing Image in AI:

• Double click in the grey image area in the object layer to select and enter the isolation mode
• Double click again in the grey image area to enter the clipping mask
• Insert or paste your image here
• Once its done, close the clipping mask mode or double click anywhere outside the artboard area

Changing Color in PSD and AI:

• Double click on the object layer where you want to change the color
• Select new color

EPS and PDF file could be edited using Adobe Illustration and Corel.
