How to use

 

1. How to work with color

1.1 In the project window, open the folder:
“Corporate Infographic Presentation”/”1. Edit Comp”/”Color”/”Color_Control”(composition).

1.2 In the timeline panel, select the layer “Color_Control”. Open the Effect Control Panel.
Switch between graphs Preview by “Bars_Example_Part_…”.

1.3 In the timeline panel, select the layer “Color_Control”.
In front of you is the color control panel.
The line “Original color” shows the colors originally used.
It never changes and you can always return to these color.
The line “color after change” displays colors in real time.
It will change if you change the color in the color control panel.

The effect control panel contains control elements.
Attention. The colors you set will change immediately in all project.

2. Bar Charts Values Control

2.1 In the project window, open the folder:
“Corporate Infographic Presentation”/”1. Edit Comp”/”Control”/”Bar Charts”/ “Bar_Chart_…_Control”(composition).

2.2 In the timeline panel, select the layer “Change_Rating_Value“. Open the Effect Control Panel.
Set the value from 0 to 100 in the ratings.

2.3 In the timeline panel, select the layer “Change_Rating_Version”. Open the Effect Control Panel.
Here you can switch between two types of ratings.

2.4 In the timeline panel, select the layer “Position_…_Line”. By changing the position of the selected null object,
you can change the position of the line of the same name on the chart.

2.5 In the timeline panel, select the layer “Change_Text_…”. Going inside this composition you can change the text.

2.6 If during the work on the graphs you met a “Text_Position_…” layer, then with its help
you can edit position of the text block.

3.1 In the project window, open the folder:

3.2 In the timeline panel, select the layer “Position_Point_1”.
By changing the position of the selected null object, you can change the position of the point on the chart.

3.3 In the timeline panel, select the layer “Line_Position”.
By changing the position of the selected null object, you can change the position of the line on the chart.

3.4 In the timeline panel, select the layer “Change_Text_…”. Going inside this composition you can change the text.

3.5 A dictionary of common control layers:
“Text_Position” layer — edit position of the text block by changing position of the null object.
“Line_Position” layer — edit position of the decorative lines by changing position of the null object.
“Element_Position” — edit position of the decorative elements by changing position of the null object.

4. Circle Charts Values Control

4.1 In the project window, open the folder:

4.2 In the timeline panel, select the layer “Change_Rating_Value”. Open the Effect Control Panel.
Set the value from 0 to 100 in the ratings.

4.3 In the timeline panel, select “Num_Position” layer.
With its help you can edit position of the text block by changing position of the null object.

4.4 In the timeline panel, select the layer “Change_Text_…”. Going inside this composition you can change the text.

4.5 A dictionary of common control layers:
“Text_Position” layer — edit position of the text block by changing position of the null object.
“Line_Position” layer — edit position of the decorative lines by changing position of the null object.
“Position_Circle_…” — edit position of the element by changing position of the null object.
“Rating_On/Off” checkbox — turns on or off the display of the item.
“Rating_Size” slider — Changes the size of the rating (most often by the scale).
“Angle Control” slider — Changes the angle (most often by rotation).
“Graph_Rotation” slider — Rotate graph.

5. Maps Control

5.1 In the project window, open the folder:
“Corporate Infographic Presentation”/”1. Edit Comp”/”Control”/”Country Maps”/”Map name_Control”(composition).

5.2 In the timeline panel, select the layer “Include_Pointers”. Adjust the required number of callouts.

5.3 In the timeline panel, select the layer “Point_…”. By changing the position of the selected null object,
you can change the position of the point on the map.

5.4 In the timeline panel, select the layer “Change_Text_…”. Going inside this composition you can change the text.

6. Area Charts Values Control

6.1 In the project window, open the folder:
“Corporate Infographic Presentation”/”1. Edit Comp”/”Control”/”Line Charts”/”Area_Chart__…_Control”(composition).

6.2 In the timeline panel, select the layer “Change_Rating_Value”. Open the Effect Control Panel.
Set the value from 0 to 100 in the ratings.

6.3 In the timeline panel, select the layer “Change_Line_Position”.
Selecting the layer you will see the highlighted points of the curved line. Take the pen tool, select the point you need and move it to the place you need.

6.4 In some graphs, you need to specify 2 position values of the points: the start and final.
In these charts on the screen you will see tips. In such cases, proceed as follows:

    6.4.1 Put the cursor on the timeline panel on the marker 2 (at   the end of the composition).
Set the end values using one of the methods described above.
    6.4.2 Move the cursor on the timeline panel to marker 1 (at the beginning of the composition).
Set the value of the points at the beginning of the animation. Play the animation by looking at the result.

6.5 In the timeline panel, select the layer “Change_Text_…”. Going inside this composition you can change the text.

6.6 A dictionary of common control layers:
“Text_Position_1” – layer — edit position of the text block by changing position of the null object.
“Position_Max_Line” — edit position of the lines by changing position of the null object.

7. Candlestick Charts Values Control

7.1 In the project window, open the folder:
“Corporate Infographic Presentation”/”1. Edit Comp”/”Control”/”Line Charts”/ “Candlestick_Chart_…_Control”(composition).

7.2 In the timeline panel, select the layer “Candle_…”. Open the Effect Control Panel.
“Candle_Size” — Adjusts the height of the candle.
“Shade_Size” — Adjusts the height of the shadow.
“Shade_Position” — Changes the position of the shadow relative to the candle.
“Change_Color” — Changes the type of candle from ascending to descending

7.3 To change the position of the candle, select the layer “Candle_…” in the timeline panel, and change “y” position of the layer.

7.4 In the timeline panel, select the layer “Other_Candle_Settings_…”.
“Candle_Width” slider — changes the thickness of all candles at the same time.
“Shade_Width” slider — changes the thickness of all candles shadows at the same time.
“Step_X” — Increases the distance between the candles.

7.5 “Text_1_Position” layer — edit position of the text block by changing position of the null object.

7.6 In the timeline panel, select the layer “Change_Text_…”. Going inside this composition you can change the text

8. Line Chart Values Control

8.1 In the project window, open the folder:
“Corporate Infographic Presentation”/”1. Edit Comp”/”Control”/”Line Charts”/”Line_Chart__…_Control”(composition).

8.2 Put the cursor on the timeline panel on the marker 2 (at the end of the composition).

8.3 In the timeline panel, select the layer “Point_1_Position”. Edit position of the Point by changing position of the null object.

8.4 In the timeline panel, select the layer “Change_Graph_Value”.
Selecting the layer you will see the highlighted points of the curved line.
Take the pen tool, select the point you need and move it to the Point place.

8.5 Move the cursor on the timeline panel to marker 1 (at the beginning of the composition).

8.6 Set the value of the points and curved line at the beginning of the animation.
Play the animation by looking at the result.

8.7 In the timeline panel, select the layer “Change_Text_…”. Going inside this composition you can change the text.

Selecting the layer you will see the highlighted points of the curved line.

Set up the rest of the rhombuses in the same way.

10. Scheme 02 Values Control

10.2 In the timeline panel, select the layer “Line_Schemes_ON/OFF”. Open the Effect Control Panel.
Turn on or off horizontal groups of blocks.

10.3 In the timeline panel, select the layer “Change_Rating_Value_on_Line_1”. Open the Effect Control Panel.
Adjust the block length with sliders.

10.4 In the timeline panel, select the layer “Text_Position_Line_…_…”.
Edit position of the text block by changing position of the null object.

10.5 In the timeline panel, select the layer “Change_Text_…”. Going inside this composition you can change the text.
Scheme 03 differs from Scheme 02 in that with the help of a layer “Time_Intervals” you can turn off headings
and change their length.

11.3 For you, we have made 3 versions of the scheme. Switch between them with help of “Version_…” checkboxes.

11.4 “Point_…” checkboxes allow you to disable or enable Points with text blocks.

11.5 In the timeline panel, select the layer “Position_Point_…”.
Edit position of the Points by changing position of the null object.

11.6 In the timeline panel, select the layer “Change_Text_…”.

14. Presentation slides control

14.1 In the project window, open the folder:

14.2 In the timeline panel, select the “Change_Graphic_Elements” layer.
Open it, there you will see the used composition of the graph.

14.3 Replace this chart composition with any other from the folder:
“Corporate Infographic Presentation”/”2. Render Comp”/(Charts folder)/(Chart composition).
If this necessary adjust scale and position of the graph element.

14.4 To change the background of a presentation slide, put your image or video file
in the “Change Background” composition.

15. Presentation control

15.1 In the project window, open the folder:

by moving composition along the timeline panel and swapping them.

16. Render

16.1 If you have finished editing and want to Render the graph, in the project window open the folder:
