[Premiere Pro] Speedlines Backgrounds

Need Premiere Pro CC 2019 or later. Click on Window – click on Essential Graphics.
Essential Graphics panel will appear.
Click on the small icon in the tin the lower right corner of the Essential Graphics panel – says “Install Motion Graphics Template”

Locate .MOGRT file and click open. File is now installed in your Premiere Essentials Graphics panel. Use the search tab in the Essentials Graphics panel to find it.

Drag your template file to your sequence on a timeline and drop.
Clicking once on the element on the timeline you open the controllers in Essentials Graphics panel with which you can change the color and use other effects specified there.
